Gin 1 ½ ozTriple sec 1 ozLemon juice 1 tspGrenadine dashEgg white 1
Preparation:Fill a mixing glass half way with ice. Add the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a sours glass and serve.
Light rum 1 ozDark rum 1 ozGrenadine ½ ozTriple Sec ½ ozApricot brandy 1 ozFresh orange juice 2 ozInstant sour mix 2 ozRose’s lime juice splashRum dashLemon slice garnish
Preparation:Pour the rums, grenadine, Triple Sec, brandy, orange juice, and sour mix into an ice-filled mixing glass. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins or tulip glass. Top with a splash of rum and add garnish.
Vodka ¾ ozAmaretto ¾ ozOrange juice ¼ ozPeach schnapps ½ oz
Preparation:Except for the schnapps, pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir and float the schnapps on top. Serve.

Preparation:Pour the first three ingredients into a shaker. Shake and strain into a large bell grass. Pour four dashes of grenadine in each side of the glass. Garnish with a slice of melon and a flower.
