Melon Melody

Ingredients
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • ¾ Midori
  • ½ Daily’s Piña Colada Mix
  • ½ cup Daily's Lime Juice
  • 4 cups crushed ice

For melon ball swizzles:

  • ½ cantaloupe
  • ½ honeydew melon
  • 4 slices watermelon

Mix all of the liquid ingredients in the punch bowl. Add crushed ice and let chill.  

Using a small melon baller, make balls from melons. Thread the melon balls in patterns onto large cocktail picks or small bamboo skewers.
Bahama Mama Margarita

Ingredients

Pour ingredients into iced cocktail shaker

  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. coconut rum
  • 3/4 oz. Daily’s Non-Alcoholic Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Daily’s Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. Daily’s Sweet & Sour Mix

Shake and strain into margarita glass   

Recipe Notes

Rim the glass with sugar if desired. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and cherry.

Piña Colada

Ingredients

In a blender, combine:

  • 1 oz. rum (light or dark)
  • 3 oz. Daily’s Piña Colada Mix
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Blend until smooth

Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.

Bob Marley shot ( 6 )

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Banane
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
  • 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 splash(es) 151 Proof Rum
  • Preparation:
  • In a double shot glass layer (starting on the bottom with) grenadine, crème de banana, crème de menthe and light rum.
  • Put a small layer of 151 on the top and light.
  • While lit drink it with a straw.

    • Shake 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a jar until sugar dissolves. Stir in 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill. Cover; chill until flavors infuse, 24-48 hours. Strain dill syrup. Combine 3 ounces green tea kombucha, 1 1/2 ounces aquavit or vodka, and 1/2 ounces dill syrup in a highball glass half-filled with crushed ice. Stir. Add more crushed ice, mounding above rim. Garnish with a dill sprig.
