Mrs. Baxton's Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients 1 fluid ounce vodka
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour in vodka, tequila, rum, gin, Cointreau, and sweet and sour mix. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty. Place a few cubes of ice into a highball glass, and strain in the iced tea. Top with the cola, and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Hummingbird
Ingredients 1 fluid ounce rum cream liqueur
DirectionsIn a blender, combine rum cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, milk and strawberry syrup. Add the banana and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Electric Lemonade
Ingredients 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggercitron vodka1/2 fluid ounce Blue Curacao2 fluid ounces sour mix1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage1 lemon - cut into wedges, for garnish
DirectionsFill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in vodka, blue curacao and sour mix. Fill to the top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with lemon wedge, and serve with straw.
Tropical Breeze
Ingredients (makes one cocktail)- 50ml Bombay Sapphire
- 100ml Cranberry Juice
- 50ml Grapefruit Juice
- 3 heaped tsp White Sugar, or 20ml gomme
- 1 Lime Wedge
InstructionsFill a tall glass ¾ full of cubed ice, add the ingredients stir well, garnish with a lime wedge and serve with two straws.
North African Nutmeg
Ingredients (serves 6)- 140ml Finlandia vodka
- 60ml Chambord
- 60ml elderflower cordial
- Top with 740ml ginger ale
Method1. Fill a pitcher ¾ full of cubed ice
