Devil's Punch
Ingredients

2 bottles Fetzer White Zinfandel Rose

300ml Finlandia Mango Vodka

200ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur

200ml Pineapple Juice

5 Lemons, (2 juiced, 3 sliced)

5 Oranges, (2 juiced, 3 sliced)

1 litre Soda Water

6 Strawberries, quartered

6 Raspberries

2 Mint Sprigs

Directions

1. Add the Fetzer, Finlandia, Chambord and juices to a punchbowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

2. Just before serving, add ice, soda water, mint and sliced fruit.

Needle Beach Sangria

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 bottle Fetzer White Zinfandel Rose
  • 100ml Grand Marnier
  • 200ml Orange Juice
  • 2 Lemons, sliced
  • 2 Limes, sliced
  • 1 Apple, sliced
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 1 bunch of Mint
Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a pitcher

2. Leave in the fridge to steep for 2 hours

3. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with fruit and mint

Tennessee Tea
Ingredients (makes one pitcher)

150ml Jack Daniels

50ml Cointreau

60ml Lemon juice (4 lemon wedges / ½ lemon squeezed)

Top with 740ml coke

Method

1. Fill a pitcher ¾ full of cubed ice

2. Add all the ingredients and stir well

3. Garnish with lemon wedges

INGREDIENTS2 oz. aquavit, preferrably Krogstad2 oz. tomato juice2 oz. fresh orange juice½ tsp. fresh lime juice3 to 4 dashes TabascoLemon-flavored sparkling water, preferably Perrier LemonLime wheel, to garnishINSTRUCTIONSMix the aquavit, juices, and Tabasco in a chilled highball glass. Fill ¾ with ice cubes. Top with sparkling water, and stir to mix. Garnish with a lime wheel.
